Train Indivudually. As the most indivudual and most effective way of targeted exercise, Personal Trainig can be understood as an educational dialog between exerciser und coach. The training routine is based on the premise of permanent adaption with respect to changing circumstances and training progress to achieve the best results possible. My schedule is tailored to your defaults.

Together we embark on a focused and exciting journey through the myriad possibilities of physical fitness, either at your home, in the gym or outside. With over 12 years of training experience and more than 8 years working as fitness trainer, I gained profound knowledge to support you on a successful journey towards a better health.

Feel Effectiveness. Targeted training supervision and control ensures an optimum cost-benefit-ratio to achieve great results in a short time. Regular analysis of your performance and body values are as important benchmarks as the very subjective feeling of physical development.

Receive Motivation. Your intrinsic motivation to improve your level of health is our foundation to build on. A conscious visualization of your results is of great importance to keep your motivation on a maximum level.
